Human 2.0
HOW (RE)ACTIVATING OUR NATURAL ABILITIES CATAPULTS US INTO THE NEXT STAGE OF EVOLUTION.
Albert Einstein already drew our attention to the fact that humans only use 10% of their actual mental capacity. This raises the question of what one has achieved in life and what one could have achieved if one had used 100% of one’s brain capacity (mental potential)?
Let’s find out by asking ourselves this question:
“What do I really know about how my mind works and the consequences of my thinking?”
This does not mean professional knowledge, which is often somewhat abstract and has only limited practical use in everyday life. Rather, it is about practically applicable knowledge that is useful in everyday life or even provides advantages.
You can see exactly what is meant by this if you ask yourself a few questions and are absolutely honest with yourself:
“Do I know what beliefs are and how I can programme and replace them at will?”
“Do I know how my thoughts control my perception of reality?”
“Do I know how my thoughts affect the cells of my body?”
“Do I know what the difference between conscious and subconscious thought is?”
“Do I know what the difference between emotions and feelings is, and how the two are created?”
It may be an uncomfortable self-knowledge if you cannot answer these questions with an unequivocal “yes”, because it means that you are using something of which you do not completely know how it works:
Your mind!
The instance with which all knowledge (information) is processed, which influences all decisions and which practically determines your complete life. However, it goes further than that, because the influence of the mind may be greater than one suspects. The questions asked earlier give a small hint.
Apart from an infinity of abilities, such as the ability to speak a language or remember where your car keys are, the mind still controls some very relevant abilities, such as conscious perception of reality.
This may sound a little abstract at the moment, but it will quickly change when you realise the following:
Every second, about 15 million bits of information come crashing down on us. This corresponds to 150 fully written A4 pages and represents the volume that the subconscious takes in via our senses per second. However, of these 15 million bits, only about 60 bits arrive in conscious perception. This means that conscious perception consists of 0.0004 % of what one actually perceives!
Conversely, this means: you do not consciously perceive over 99% of reality, i.e. you are missing more than 99% of information. In addition, consider the following fact: if over 99% of perception is filtered out, there must be an authority that determines what is perceived and what is not.
This instance is selective perception, and it is one of our natural abilities to programme it at will. However, one can only use this ability consciously if one actually uses 100% of the mind (mental potential).
There has never been a time when so much knowledge about human beings existed and this knowledge was also easily accessible to all people. One has to ask oneself how it is possible that we humans often know more about the programming of our smartphones than about the programming of our minds?
The problem is that our entire education system and society mostly just tells us what to think. What is rarely explained to us, however, is how thinking actually works, so that we can then use it the way we want!
“EVEN IF YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT CARSTO THE SMALLEST DETAIL
THAT DOESN’T QUALIFY YOU TO DRIVE IT YET!”
“YOU MUST FIRST LEARN HOW!”
Our lives consist to a large extent of gathering and processing knowledge. It starts at school and continues throughout our lives: our environment is constantly trying to give us knowledge that it thinks we need because it is important or because it is the best and newest.
However, how we can effectively put this flood of knowledge into practice in our everyday lives is unfortunately not always explained to us, and the following analogy is intended to give a little insight into the mechanics behind this:
A computer consists of 3 essential components: Hardware, operating system and software. The operating system is installed on the hardware and the software runs on this operating system.
If one of these components does not function at 100 %, the computer cannot function at 100 %. The actual potential of the computer cannot unfold. Therefore, it cannot be used.
This leads to a logical conclusion: the best software becomes useless if it is installed on an operating system that, for example, only provides 50% of its actual performance because it is incorrectly programmed, outdated, or possibly even contains viruses.
Let’s transfer this principle to the human being, because, viewed in a simplified way, the human being also consists of 3 components: Hardware, operating system and software.
The hardware is the body, the operating system is the mind, and the software is knowledge.
(Knowledge, especially in the context presented here, means among other things: Knowledge of sales techniques, motivation methods, methods of personality development, rhetoric and communication, technical and product knowledge etc.).
If one of these components does not function at 100 % or does not perform at 100 % of its actual capacity, the individual cannot develop their full potential.
Therefore, the same logical conclusion applies: the best knowledge becomes useless if it is installed on a mind that only yields 10% of its actual capacity because it is incorrectly programmed or even contains viruses.
Viruses can be fears, worries, doubts or lack of (self-)confidence.
It is not knowledge that determines what one perceives, how one feels, how efficient or resistant one is. It is the ability to implement knowledge, to use it efficiently.
This ability, however, depends directly on the capacity of the mind, or to what extent one is able to use the mind.
10 % use of mind means 10 % performance or degree of knowledge use.
100 % use of mind means 100 % performance or degree of knowledge use.
“THE FASTEST RACING CAR IN THE WORLD CANNOT DEVELOP ITS TRUE POTENTIAL,
IF THERE IS A PILOT AT THE WHEEL WHO IS PLAGUED BY FEARS AND DOUBTS!”
The complete activation of the mental potential, i.e. the 100 percent use of the mind positively influences every area of life, as it automatically triggers the reactivation of our natural abilities. This does not only have a significant impact on our profession and the success that comes with it, but also on our relationships, health and ourselves.
To illustrate with an analogy: imagine you are a mechanic and you own a wonderful tool cart. This consists of 10 drawers, each filled with the most modern tools available. However, so far you have only opened the first drawer! You have simply not noticed the other 9! On the one hand, because no one explained to you that they exist and how you could open them. On the other hand, you could not consciously perceive them, because you did not use your ability to program your perception of reality.
The 9 drawers belong to the 99 % of your perception that you have subconsciously filtered out!
Now the question arises, how you can perceive the drawers (information, knowledge, abilities, people, possibilities)that have been filtered out so far?
The answer is relatively simple: You should activate 100 % of your mind, learn to use it, in order to activate your actual abilities (your actual potential) at the same time!
However, you need some kind of instruction manual, and that brings us to another problem!
We own instruction manuals for our smartphones, navigation devices, home cinemas or dishwashers. In the course of our lives, we read hundreds of pages explaining exactly how all the technical gadgets that surround us work. The greater our technical helpers are, the more intensively we devote ourselves to studying the associated instructions for use. To use a car, for example, we not only have to conscientiously learn a comprehensive instruction manual, but we even have to undergo a test to prove that we can drive the car.
Why is that?
Because all the knowledge we have about how a car works does not enable us to use it.
We first have to learn how!
“IF YOU WOULD POSSESS ALL THE KNOWLEDGE OF MANKIND,
HOWEVER WOULD NOT APPLY IT,
YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE ITS POTENTIAL!”
It is the same with your mind. However, most of the time we do not have a practical instruction manual for our mind and no one checks whether we are using it correctly. Nor does anyone check whether we might be using it incorrectly! This dilemma has led to the fact that today we mostly know more about how our smartphones work than how our minds work!
If you were to ask 100 people on the street whether they know how to install an app on their smartphone, probably 80-90% would answer this question with a clear and confident “yes”. How high would the rate be if you were to ask whether they also know how to programme their own beliefs?
It becomes more dramatic when you consider that the fact that we only use 10% of our minds is joined by another fact:
We think over 90% of our thoughts subconsciously!
That means we think that we are thinking, but we are not!
Our mind does it for us without us really knowing what’s going on….
Activating your unused mental potential not only opens up a whole new dimension of performance and resistance, but also a range of overwhelming natural abilities that catapult you into the next level of evolution. Humanly, as well as professionally.
