When Seldia – the European Direct Selling Association – admits a new corporate member, it does more than add a logo to its roster; it recognises an organisation that has met the sector’s highest benchmarks of ethics, professionalism and consumer protection. QN Europe has now taken its place among Seldia’s corporate members, marking an important milestone in the company’s European growth story.

Seldia: a gold standard for the industry
Founded in 1968, Seldia serves as the collective voice of 25 national Direct Selling Associations, 12 direct-selling companies and 10 service providers, representing 5.3 million independent entrepreneurs across Europe. Its mission is to foster a reliable, consumer-centric marketplace and to uphold the European Code of Conduct, which goes beyond statutory requirements in safeguarding both customers and direct sellers. Membership is never automatic; a company must first belong to at least three recognised national DSAs and demonstrate a consistent record of compliance at the local level.
Building the credentials: QN Europe’s ethical journey
Established in 2014, QN Europe set out with a clear mission: to offer ambitious people a realistic opportunity to build a livelihood through the distribution of products that improve quality of life. This mission is anchored in the corporate philosophy “Create Value | Empower People,” a pledge to develop life-enhancing products while helping individuals achieve economic autonomy.
The company puts philosophy into practice through:
– A Code of Ethics and Social-Media Guidelines that require truthful claims, clear disclosure of representative status and zero tolerance for misleading or aggressive marketing.
– Transparent remuneration, including a publicly available compensation plan and income disclaimer.
– Continuous training and regular compliance audits so every Independent Representative understands both the European Code of Conduct and local consumer-protection law.
Meeting Seldia’s eligibility test
QN Europe pursued a deliberate, multi-year strategy to secure the four national DSA memberships required for Seldia entry:

FVD – Fédération de la Vente Directe (France)

AVD – Asociación de Empresas de Venta Directa (Spain

AVDL – Association pour la Vente Directe du Luxembourg (Luxembourg)

Avedisco – Associatioin of Direct Selling Companies (Italy)
What Seldia membership means for stakeholders
– Customers gain an additional layer of assurance: Seldia’s dispute-resolution mechanism and European Code of Conduct automatically apply to every QN Europe transaction.
– Independent Representatives operate under a recognised framework of professional development, fair remuneration and responsible marketing, enhancing their own credibility.
– Policy-makers and consumer bodies can rely on a partner that speaks a common compliance language, facilitating dialogue on future regulatory initiatives.
Strengthening the sector together
QN Europe’s admission comes as Seldia calls for renewed efforts to revitalise entrepreneurship and close consumer-protection gaps. By contributing its experience in digital compliance, multicultural training programmes and socially responsible product development, QN Europe is well positioned to support these priorities.
